Step 1: Use real power unit ink cartridges.
Step 2: Reset the printer.
In some cases, removing the ink cartridges and resetting the printer will clear the error message.
Turn on the printer.
Wait till the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
Disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the printer. If your printer includes a network or wireless affiliation, leave your printer connected to the network.
Remove the ink cartridges from the printer.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the ability twine from the rear of the printer and from the wall outlet or power strip.
Wait a minimum of sixty seconds.
Plug the ability twine into the wall outlet.
NOTE: power unit recommends connecting the printer cord on to a wall outlet.
Reconnect the ability twine to the rear of the printer.
Turn on the printer, if it doesn’t mechanically activate. The printer would possibly undergo a tune-up amount. The printer lights would possibly flash, and therefore the carriage would possibly move.
Wait till the tune-up amount finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Reinsert the ink cartridges, then shut the cartridge entrance.
